What types of laundry do you clean?
The Laundry Lounge washes clothing as well as household items such as blankets, and towels. Comforters and linens are priced separately.
When will my clean laundry be delivered?
Our standard turnaround is 24 hours.
When do I pay for the laundry service?
Payments are processed via our secure processor prior to your laundry service.
Do I need to pre-sort my laundry?
No, we will do that for you.
Do you offer dry cleaning?
Not at the moment.
What type of laundry products do you use?
At the Laundry Lounge we use Tide, Gain, 7th Generation and other products. We do not use bleach. If you prefer different products, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. If we are unable to get your favorite product (or if you just prefer to do so), you may leave it with your clothes upon pickup and we’ll use what you provide.
How should I leave my dirty clothes for pickup?
A laundry bag or a garbage bag would be okay. Please no hampers.
